Terrible Attitude and lack of Assistance!!!

I went to Solo Shoes Centurion mall and received the worst service ever. The manager is apparently off and there is absolutely no one else in South Africa who could help me get my refund. we get the manager on the line and he says they will give me a cash voucher and i said no i want my money back as there is nothing else i would like to buy from Solo and according to my slip - i am entitled to a refund if goods were bought in the past 7 days. Absolutely no one could help, i then decide to call head office myself while in the store and i get the most rude person who even put the phone down in my ear. The lady at the store kept going about not knowing what to do as she is still new and doesn't know her job yet.... the lady at head office went on about how she knows her job and i want not tell her what to do. i am sooooo frustrated. i have never experienced such incompentency and rudeness from a store.
