Solo store Boulders

I want to comment on an exceptional customer service that i received from solo shoes company from both their head office and their Boulders Midrand branch. I purchased shoes on 20 May and only wore the shoes twice however on my third attempted they got broken on a heel. I called the head office to get assistance since i had a similar experience a while back. The lady on the phone was very helpful and referred me to branch. I got to the branch and i got assisted immediately without any problems. I am grateful for the wonderful service and will continue to support the store.
