Solo shoes Vaal Mall

I bought shoes at Solo Vaal Mall on Thursday the 23rd of July 2020

I only wore that shoes once on Saturday when I was going somewhere and I realized well I was walking that the right side heel is not comfortable when I check it the heel is not straight but it's stable it's not moving side to side and I didn't have extra shoes to wear I had to wear them till I get back home

When I called the store this morning for them to change the shoes for me they said I must send photos which I did and I was told by the sales lady that the area Manager said they won't be able to change those shoes for me because I've already worn them and is damaged they can't sell it to someone else.

Even if I didn't wear the shoes they can't sell them to someone else because of the Heel So I can't pay R699 for the shoes that I won't be able to wear

Can you please assist me with this matter as I'm not happy with the service I got
