Solo shoes refuses to refund.

Bought shoes at Solo and returned them in the same week as I was not satisfied with the colour of the shoes and that made me feel very uncomfortable but they sales ladies at Solo Soshanguve, name Tebogo refused to take back the shoe claiming that I had worn it which I fail to comprehend how possible it is to return a shoe without having wore it.. The shoes are both in good condition, no wear and tear and still look very new. I was referred to speak to Friedah from head office and she has since promised to call 2 days ago.
