Solo Shoes Exchange and Poor after sales.

I lay-byed for a pair of boots at a store in Mega City Solo Shoes. I returned the shoes because I noticed they'd been worn and used. I requested for an exchange. The store assistant said I need to leave the boots with my slips. She said she'd placed an order for the boots. This all happened in Dec 2020. To date I haven't received any correspondence from the store. I went onto their website and lodged a complaint to this day I haven't received any form of correspondence from neither headquarters or the branch. The boots were a thousand Rands. Where do I go? I feel duped by a store I thought was legitimate and reputable. Where do I go for recourse? Solo shoes is the worst in customer service and after sales. Deplorable.
