Shocking customer service

My friend has chosen a pair of Solo shoes for her and her brides****s to wear at her wedding. She found them at your Northgate store so on 7 July we went to try them on. We both needed size 8s of which there was only one pair and they were damaged so we asked them to get the stock in, and we were told we would be phoned when they arrived. After hearing absolutely nothing, my friend phoned to check if they were in yet and were told they were. We went to the store to buy them on 18 July but when we got there were told they hadn't arrived yet. We then placed the order AGAIN for two pairs of size 8s. My friend phoned again last week but no one ever answered the phone. She got through this morning and was told they haven't arrived yet. If the shoes weren't for my friend's wedding I would have just left it. After this I won't bother with Solo again because the services is SHOCKING. It is now 3 August - almost a month after we initially ordered them!!
