Selling faulty products

<p>On the 3/10/2016 i ordered two pairs of shoes, however both pairs inners are coming out this is most unfortunately this is the same that happened to the previous pair. I am very upset as this is not the standard i expect gorm your company 3 pair same issue. I would like a refund of the shoes and the delivery charges</p>
