Ruined shoe from Solo Shoes

I bought a boot at Solo shoes in Mooirivier mall on Saturday, 29 June 2019. I wore the boot immediately at the shop. In the evening, the gold plum label just came off and the boot is discoloring. I went to solo shoes in Mafikeng, since I reside in Mafikeng, they told me I must travel to Potch and see I can find help there as they are unable to help me.
