Return policy and process

It's a mission to get a refund from Solo shoes. I went there within 6 days after 5pm and was told that the head office had closed so the refund can't be processed. I still have to go back again to get my refund and am wondering in which world does this business exist. When fuel is expensive and you still want your customers to frequent to your shop
