Refund from Solo, Goldfields Mall, Welkom

I wanted to exchange shoes that I bought at Solo in Goldfields mall in Welkom. I wanted a refund and was told I could not get a refund I must buy something else even though I told them I'm not interested in anything in the shop. I told the sales lady when I bought the shoes that I'm not so sure about the shoes I might bring it back. Only to be told no refund. I was was told by the supervisor, Tina Matene. The area manager was called and told me to call head office.
