Poor service and quality

<p>I bought my boots at solo shoes at 91 Ellof Street jhb, after wearing them twice the heel came out and I even trip. I took them back and I was told about guarantee policies that were not even written on my till slip. Now I bought shoes for R674 that didn't even last a week. </p>
