Poor Quality Boots

<p>On the 21 June I bought a pair of boots from Solo shoes in Centurion Mall,It's a knee high at the front it's made of leather and at the back it's cotton.</p> <p>The stitches at the back have came off, I don’t feel comfortable when wearing them I bought them for R698.</p> <p>Then I went back to the shop in Centuriom on the 30th June - I spoke the guy by the name Edwick who could not help he then called the Area Manager by the name Kenny. He advised Adwick that they will take my boots to the SHOEMAKER to fixed them there no exchange or refund will be done and I need my money back. That was the worse customer service I have received from Solo shop in Centurion.</p> <p>Edwick also promised that Kenny will call me to back on the 1st July reslove the issues because I was not happy for them to take my boots the SHOEMAKER to fixed, I need my money back. </p> <p>Now I don't have any boots to wear because poor quality boots I bought with Solo. This is very inconveniencing. I need my money back...</p> <p> </p>
