Poor customer service

I phoned solo shoes head office beginning of Sept to find me a certain shoe in a size 7. Head office informed me that East Rand Mall have the shoe and it will be send to River Square Three Rivers. They said it will be available @ River Square within a week. The shoe was booked out @ ERM ON 8/9/2015. The IBT out nr is ***. It is my daughter's matric farewell on 1/10/2015 and up to date I did not receive the shoes yet. When I enquire about the whereabout of the shoes every week the say the think the shoe was send to their warehouse and hopefully the shoe shoe will be delivered soon. Well I'm still waiting and the matric farewell is within 2 days!!!!!
