PLEASE GIVE US BETTER SHOES FOR THE MONEY WE PAID

I took out a lay bye for 6 pairs of shoes each costing me R400, for my wedding. The sad part is now after I have paid everything I'm at a point where I cant find joy to these matter. The heels for the shoes are coming out incidents happened while brides****s wearing them on the day of my wedding.<br> While still checking what happened, on Sunday another pair from a different brides****s also came out. These is so frustrating as we paid for these shoes but now we are told we cant exchange, how would you want to keep a shoes that will embarrass you at the end of the day. Its not fair that the three ladies whose heels did not come out they must keep them and after two month down the line if the heel break what gonna happen. One of the ladies went to a funeral these Saturday and guess what happened hell broke again, its the third time. <br> SOLO ITS EITHER YOU GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK OR ANOTHER PAIR FOR THE SIX LADIES regardless the heels came out or not as in future it will and it will be that we wasted our money.
