<p>Last month i bought a pair of boots from Solo shoes,It's a knee high at the front it's made of leather and at the back it's cotton</p> <p>Now the stitches at the back have came off and they look old,I bought this last month and I've worn the boots not more than 5 times</p> <p>I called Solo head office 2 weeks back and spoke to the lady by the name of Margaret i was then told the Regional manager will give me a call till today I'm still waiting,So what does this mean that all my money went down the drain? The damage is factory fault and not due to my negligence</p> <p>This is poor customer service clearly they have what they want and it shows to me that they don't care about what customers all i need is for Solo to give me a call so we can discuss a way forward</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
