Exchange of Shoes

Dear hellopeter I'm still awaiting response in regard to the review I wrote 2week back. I was refused to exchange the shoes I purchased at Solo Shoes in Eastrand mall, Boksburg. They were claiming that the shoes were worn and I decided to leave them in store as that was my only resort as I felt helpless, I haven't heard from anyone at Solo Shoes even though I have tried to reach out to them regarding the resolution to this matter. Please assist.
