Damaged Shoes

This communiques serves to raise a concern regarding Solo Jabulani service. Earlier in the year I wrote to Solo regarding shoes I bought at Jabulani Mall., I have not received any communication as well following my complaint with the head office.<br> <br> In October 2014 I lay-byed shoes at Solo Jabulani, I did put a deposit for a month and paid a balance in a within three weeks time, I wore the shoes for less than 3 days, the soul of the shoes was damages, I went to Jabulani store to return the shoe, I was informed that they cannot take the shoe, I explained that this is not the only shoe I have and have been wearing only, how can they tell me that they will not take the shoes back,I left the shoes at the store as the sales lady I spoke to told me that she was going to inform the manager then they will contact me, I waited for the manager's call With vain until I went to the store myself to check the developments about the refund. I am disappointed with solo shoes. I wrote to the head office twice without, I have not received any response.
