BAD ONLINE SERVICE

Made an online order for some shoes.Paid everything including delivery.Only for the headoffice to call me after 5 working days to tell me that they do not have stock.How ridiculous.How can an online shop not have the capability of checking stock when you purchase?Now its been 10 working days and they havent refunded me yet.****PY STORE,DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH IT
