bad customer service and staff very erogant

on the 15 February 2016 I went to solo store in Pretorius street to do a lay bye for a boots amounted to 699 and I paid 250 for my lay bye and around the 15 of march 2016 I called the store to ask if I can get a refund or change as I no longer like the shoe and I spoke to one lady and she referred me to the supervisor and the supervisor told me I can come at the end of the month to change my lay bye and told me that she is going to give me a voucher that I can use for the exchange and today 01 April I went to the store to exchange as I was told and I met a lady wearing eye glasses and she gave me one hell of attitude and telling me that she can only assist me in the afternoon and she has a bad customer service and does not deserve to work with customer and she really need to be train on how to treat customers, this lady should be disciplined and I need feedback from the management.
