Bad Customer Service

Bought shoes on the 31st of October 2023 at your Sammy Marks Store, wore them twice and the broke off, when back to the store and they told me they can't assist "Victor from head office which is some regional manager or something the store refused to give me his name" who told me that they will fix the shoe for me. I don't understand how??? why do you wanna fix the shoe that might proceed to get damaged again worst part what am I gonna wear in the interim. I would like to have my money back. I also tried calling *** more than 4 times the calls all cut off every time why try putting me through to "Victor"
