3 months, no shoes no refund

Last November 26 i bought shoes at the shop, aNd i was told theres no size but the will contact another branch as soon as the shoes arrive the will contact me to come anx collect. Until today am waiting for that call. Ive paid for the shoes RECEIPT NO: INV 45409, shoe code: LFT 132011 the sales lady was Akhona. I want my shoes, ive waited to long.
