Solid hope trading, a cheat and unprofessional owner

Good day all

I advise you not to do business with solid hope trading (their registered domain name). I have spent over 3 months creating and editing an adverti*****t video for the owner Charles Maarke, he continuously made me make changes to the video claiming he is not happy with it, 2 months I spent just making changes alone, and when ever I asked for payment he would say he is still not happy. Month 3 came I did everything he requested and finally he said the video is fine and I can send my banking through to him for payment, I sent the banking details to him but he didn't reply nor did he pay me. I gave him some time and a week later I sent another message with banking details attached and again he didn't reply nor did he pay. I phoned him and asked for payment and he refused and said he is unhappy with the video just to avoid payment. I believe this is very unprofessional for business no, unprofessional for the owner, the face of this organization to be so unprofessional and cheap. I advise you all to stay away from this business if you don't want to be ****** or cheated. Its absolutely appalling and really unprofessional. I can't even imagine how unprofessional he probably he is towards his clients. Its understanding why this company struggles to perform
