What **** are you running?

I am very concerned about a call I have been missing and today they got me, from Solid Gold Rewards. They have all my details and have just called me to let me know I have been selected for the card which has all these benefits and that I should have received the welcoming pack from them. All now they needed was for me to verify my details and they can activate my card. So my question is how and where they got my details as the lady keeps saying how I have been selected as a good consumer in South Africa and that every time I use my bank card, my details are sent to them and that's how I was selected, in every application form I fill in I make it a point to always select \no"to third parties being given my info. Next question I ask is what will this cost because I am asked to verify my details for something I don't even want and the lady then tells me after a while of going back and forth that i will pay a once off fee of R399 then there after it will cost me R99 per month"
