Staples STAPLES and more S T A P L E S

This week I was hired to replace 9 doors in a house dating from the 70's or 80's. Each door needed to be cut at least 30mm in length, and planed back by 5-10mm in width.

Setting my electric plane to 1.5mm depth of cut I WAS HITTING STAPLES ON THE SECOND PASS!!!!

Using a router to sink the hinges 3mm I was also hitting staples on the hinge side (without planing), resizing the length, any cut more than 20mm opened the void.

The Lock block is constructed of pieces of pine with up to 5mm gaps in-between and 10trillion S T A P L E S. So an 18mm spade bit just gets jammed in the gaps.

I looked for a facebook page to shame you publicly, but obviously you too ashamed of the ******* you produce to have a facebook page.

Oh and by the way, I am no novice, I have more than 20 years experience as a professional carpenter.

Here is what I am going to do

In future any client who supplies your ******* will immediately be levied the price of a new set of planer blades and a new router bit.

I will also be using my position as admin in several woodworking forums to warn members of your *******..

The only thing SOLID about your product is the knots in the pallet wood rejects you use to frame your *******. I of course use "*******" as a euphemism (look that word up in a dictionary, oh a dictionary is a big book full of words and their meanings) for the MUCH stronger adjectives (again dictionary) I would rather have used
