No delivery after a month

Same experience as many others. I ordered a power pack over a month ago and no sign of delivery. After the first week they said it was with QC and then I got a message that it was waiting to be collected by their courier partner. That was three weeks ago. They claim they have 31000 orders to process and it has doubled in the next week. They are quick to take your money and lie about the delivery time. Not happy!!
