Horrid Service from Sol’ed out Sales (online sneaker store)

I placed an order for a pair of shoes that was meant to be a birthday present for my boyfriend who’s birthday was on the 11th of December. Before placing the ordered o made sure that I will be receiving before the end of November as we were relocating to a new address I was ensured that I do not have to worry as delivery will be between 7-15 working dates. I received a message 3 days later with a photo of the shoes that I ordered asking if I would like to proceed with delivery as the colour is different from the advertised. I responded on the 3 of November changing the order to a different colour.

After several messages on the 13th, 19th, 22nd and 25th of November following up on delivery date I finally get a response on the 26th saying that I would receive my delivery the following week Wednesday. Wednesday came and Wednesday went and no delivery. I asked if they could send it a week later as I was not home due to work and we were relocating to the new address.

Got promised that the shoes would arrive on the 5th and did not receive any delivery. Got told that my delivery was sent out for same day delivery on the 5th with the Courier guys but only received it on the 7th. Opened the delivery on the 8th to check only to find that it was not the shoes that I ordered. Got a response on the 10th saying that they spoke to the supplier and the shoe that I ordered was a female shoe and they didn’t have it in the size that I wanted to they thought they would just send me another males shoe in the size.

How does one run a company and just assume you can send another pair that looks completely different?????

Anyways asked for a refund they said they have a no refund policy so ordered another item from them that’s similar price to the sneakers. Expected a delivery for the 12th did not receive anything sent another message on the 13th and the 25th as to where I didn’t get any response.

It is now the 20th of December almost 2 months after my initial order and I still have not received anything!!

I will never recommend their company to anyone! Haven’t received such HORRIFIC service in my whole life
