Complicated Return and Warranty Process

I had a disappointing experience with Solar Warehouse SA regarding a battery return and performance issue shortly after installation.

While I reported the issue quickly and returned the unit in its original packaging, the resolution process became prolonged and impacted my ability to rely on my solar setup.

Although the supplier eventually stated no fault was found, the supporting information provided was limited, and the return process included unexpected and significant deductions and courier-related charges.

I ultimately accepted a partial refund under protest to resolve the matter after weeks of delay.

Main warning to other buyers: make sure you fully understand Solar Warehouse SA’s return, warranty, and courier policies before purchasing, as they are not straightforward and may not be customer-friendly in practice.
