Shocking service -
Do not buy a lithium batteries for your gate motor from them. They are happy to take your money, when I clearly said that i need a battery for my gate motor. On returning the battery they asked what motor and tell you that their batteries are not compatible with Centurion gate motors. shocking service. spend your money somewhere else.

Solar warehouse sunninghill Is a disappointment
I'm very disappointed at the sunninghill branch. I bought a gas geyser on Monday the 20 July 2026 and got an installer yesterday which was Thursday, upon installation my installer advised me that there is a problem with the geyser. Today I called the person that sold it to me and was told I can not do an exchange and the devise must be sent for inspection. I have to stay without hot water for the next 2 to 3 weeks. What happened to the 7 day policy of exchange? I don't want my money back I want a geyser that works and they can't do that. I am very angry and will never buy anything again from them.

Solar warehouse sunninghill Is a disappointment
I'm very disappointed at the sunninghill branch. Selling falsely described products
This company needs to be double checked when purchasing from them. I've purchased copper PV cable as advertised, when cable was received it ends up being aluminium cable, cable marking TUV 2PfG 2642. Solar warehouse keeps on insisting that it is copper tinned cable and that they don't sell aluminium cable. Some people would just use the aluminium, but the price difference for paying for copper and receiving aluminium and that the project requirements are copper to be used, I don't think so I'm this case.

Complicated Return and Warranty Process
I had a disappointing experience with Solar Warehouse SA regarding a battery return and performance issue shortly after installation. While I reported the issue quickly and returned the unit in its original packaging, the resolution process became prolonged and impacted my ability to rely on my solar setup. Although the supplier eventually stated no fault was found, the supporting information provided was limited, and the return process included unexpected and significant deductions and courier-related charges. I ultimately accepted a partial refund under protest to resolve the matter after weeks of delay. Main warning to other buyers: make sure you fully understand Solar Warehouse SA’s return, warranty, and courier policies before purchasing, as they are not straightforward and may not be customer-friendly in practice.
