Stay away, far far away

*** was fully paid on the 24th of August, after multiple phone calls we finally received an installation date, starting a more than a month later than when payment was made to them. Come the day of installation (Friday 2 October 2026) we have received communication that only the solar panels will be installed as their warehouse has been ****** on the 30th of October and therefor they cannot install the inverter or battery. They have also promised that they will install the inverter and battery on the 7th of October 2026 as they will receive their stock on the 5th of October. They confirmed such on the 6th of October. On the day of installation I phoned them to confirm in the morning of the 7th of October to confirm installation is still begin done in which they rep**** that they still have not received stock.
