Refusal to Refund my R71500 loan money.

I payed a deposit of R71500 for a solar package, and when they were supposed to install they not come, never explained why, when I called to find out they said they did not get the solar panels I wanted(I was disappointed that I had to be told that when I called, my leave day wasted). Next they wanted to offer me cheaper solar panels. I said to Ewan i need to check the technical data but he went ahead to order without my permission. I wanted my refund as I was not happy with their service and cheaper solar panels they wanted to offer. Ewan and Perryn promised me I will be refunded after seven days, seven days have passed and I have not gotten my money, we are on the 14th day now since i wanted the refund, they are ignoring my calls, i have spend a lot of money calling them they never bother to call back, the money they are refusing to refund i have borrowed from a bank, and the bank want to know what is happening.
