product rebranding and blatant misleading
BEWARE OF REBRANDING AT THIS STORE. Solar Supply rebrand and rename their products to mislead clients. For example...the Pylontech UPS5000 is supposed to be a 4.8KW LiIon battery, but Solar Supply rebrand the Pylontech US3000C which is a 3.5KW battery as the UPS5000.....this is just blatant mileading. What you think is a good price is actually more than market price and not what you expect. I will be forwarding their detailas to the consumer council ombuts for action.

Did you contact our offices to communicate this with us perhaps? If you did could you please let me know who you spoke with?
We welcome any misgivings that we may have made on our website due to the new design in error as the allegations you have made that we blatantly mislead our clients is very serious when it just boils down to human error.
