I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation to Solar Supply, and especially to Ewan, the CEO, for the outstanding support provided during what turned out to be a very challenging installation process.

Our journey started off positively with Louise, whose guidance in securing the solar loan was both professional and reassuring. We were excited to move forward when the project was handed over to a contractor, but unfortunately, things quickly took a difficult turn. The contractor introduced complications that caused significant stress, not only for us as the end user, but also for Solar Supply as the overseeing company.

In the face of these setbacks, Ewan and his team stepped in without hesitation. They took full responsibility for the system and committed to resolving every outstanding issue—including the completion of the installation, the COC, and the SSEG registration—at no additional cost to us. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication gave us peace of mind at a time when we needed it most.

Despite the disruptions caused by the initial contractor withdrawing from the project, Solar Supply delivered on their promises. Their team truly came to the rescue, and I am grateful for their unwavering support and communication throughout the process.

As we now approach the final stage of completing the SSEG application, I am confident everything will proceed smoothly. Perryn has been attentive and has assured me that she will personally oversee this final step.
