Great After Sale Support!!!!!!!

Solar Supply installed a system at my home 3 or 4 years ago. I was very happy with the instalation and it changed my life not having to worry about load shedding. The purpose of this rating though is because one of my batteries "blew" earlier this week - I contacted Solar Supply and they could not have been more helpful. Despite the fact that I was running on one battery (so not down completely), they came out and collected the faulty battery the same day. Sorted out the issue and are returning it today (less than 72hrs later). This is not an isolated case as I have also had them install a system at our offices and 3 other staff members have also used them for instalations. We have all had similar experiences. Well done to the "Solar Supply" team - so many companies are good when it comes to sales, but fail dismally when it comes to their after sale support - thankfully you are not one of them.
