They took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with the guidance I needed to get the most out of my battery. Moreover, I had a small issue with the battery a few weeks after the purchase, and their support team immediately took action to resolve the issue. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided me with a service partner in my area that came to my premises to do a remote update, the issue was immediately resolved.
