Poor service by SolarMD

I have an accredited solar installer who I have hired to install Solar system in my house. I have paid about R250,000. This system is not working efficiently and no help from the supplier where he bought the material. When the battery level gets to 44% the inventor trip which results in zero electricity inside the house.

My installer gets solar equipment from SOLARMD, this is the second week waiting for SOLARMD to assist. Now in Gauteng is overcast and the inventor has tripped meaning no electricity in the house.

My advice is to anyone who is looking for Solar solutions is not to buy from equipment from SOLARMD based on personal experience as alluded above.

Be careful of this fly by night suppliers.
