No Guru....
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Solar Guru. They installed a solar geyser system that has broken down twice. The most recent breakdown has been ongoing for two months, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response or update on the repair process.
When I finally managed to reach their office, I was informed that they are closed and will only be able to assist in the new year. This lack of urgency and communication is unacceptable. The team at Solar Guru has shown a complete lack of competence and customer care.
I strongly advise potential buyers to stay clear of Solar Guru. Their service is unreliable, and their customer support is virtually non-existent.
At the time of your review, we were already working with our suppliers to get a replacement geyser for you — and we’re pleased to confirm that the new geyser was installed the very next day after your post.
We also tried several times to reach you via phone and email to check in and confirm everything was running smoothly, but unfortunately received no response.
Despite supplier shutdowns over the holidays, we made a special arrangement to assist you as quickly as possible. We remain committed to delivering reliable and professional service to all our clients.
