Bad Service-Promises, promises

<p>Solar Guru installed two Solar geyser units at my home, the price was good (I think) and the installation was quick and efficient. When I requested a COC certificate for insurance purposes I only received promises that somebody would contact me to issue a COC certificate or something similar, I have been waitng for more than four moths now and all I receive is promises. I cannot insure the solar units without a COC. I also did not see any reduction in my electricity bill. Solar geysers are either a **** or the units was installed incorrectly which is a pity because this gives all solar products a bad name in my opinion. </p>
