A terrible experience and complete waste of money with no return on investment. The service is overpriced, customer support is dismissive, and responses are imposed without addressing actual concerns. Consultants lack stability, reliability, and honesty.
Save your money and choose another solar geyser company. Waste of money

A 150-litre solar geyser was selected for a household of five people. The general sizing guideline is approximately 50 litres of hot water per person per day, meaning a larger system would ordinarily be recommended for five users. We ask every customer how many people will use the hot water and explain that choosing a smaller system than recommended is done at the customer’s own risk.
Despite the geyser functioning correctly, our team attended to the property five times to investigate the concerns raised. No fault was found with the geyser—the problem was that its capacity was too small for the household’s hot-water demand. A refund was then requested even though the installed system was operating correctly.
The matter was referred to the relevant consumer body, which conducted an independent investigation and did not find Solar Guru at fault. We therefore reject the allegations that our team was dishonest, unreliable or dismissive. We made repeated efforts to assist, but a correctly functioning 150-litre system cannot provide the same capacity as the larger system recommended for five people.
