They dislike customers

No surprise to find the lowest rating possible. I am a solar reseller /installer. I buy from 10 to 20 companies online every week. 1st time I use this company. Complex online process, Must pay EFT, somehow did not pay for shipping. Now here to collect. Bad process. no signs, no counters, no explaining and one hell of a waste of time. They should be ashamed to make customers wait like this because of their inability to intro proper work flow, process. No one here CARES for a customer. Some are selling and advising while the guy just fetching something must WAIT. They are unfortunately here in SA where they will still be in business because of the Eskom created demand. Pathetic, don't use them. There are enough alternatives out there. There does not seem to be any management involvement here.
