I have experienced a terrible service with solar europe. I have been buying from them for such a long time. On the 5th of May 2026 i have purchased 5KW solar system, then i realised that the battery they sold me it was faulty, i immediately communicated with them, i was told to take a video and send, i did exactly the same as requested. After that i was requested to take the battery to them, for assessment. Then i received a message that the battery cannot be fixed and it is out of warranty. Furthurmore, i was told there is a dent on the battery and it was cause by the dropping of the battery so i should bring the original box of which i did and the box doesn't show any damage on it. They are now refusing to replace of fix the battery. The battery costs R10K+. I have spoken to Kobus on +***6 and Mattwew on +***1 about this matter and all they can say is that i should go claim at my insurance and should come and collect the battery as it is, it is none of their problem. How can a less than a month battery be out of warranty. The battery doesn't show any form of dropping because the dent they are talking about is ontop of the battery, now on the sides or the bottom. Please assist, need this matter be sorted.
