Caused damage

Terrible company our geyser didn't last long and was still under warranty so they came to replace it... It took weeks for them to actually come and when they did they ended up destroying my house and are refusing to sort out the damages they caused. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to do something but they haven't done anything.
