Softwicious advert on ebay take money dont supply

On 27 Feb 2016 I ordered office professional 2013 from Softwicious after they had a adverti*****t on the ebay, website offering a $100 discount. I paid for this via credit card and the payment reflected as PJP. Restoration 80566. I was then sent a link to download the product and a keycode to activate it. It downloaded 2016 version instead of 2013 and when I tried to activate it with the key code supp**** it said it was for the wrong version. When I approached them they gave me a new key code which on trying to activate the program with this one it said it was for Project professional 2016 and would again not work. I again tried to contact them but it has been four weeks now and they have still not responded.
