Hello,

I purchased a software from Softwaremarket.online. I ordered from their store and teir store directed me to coinbase wallet to which I made payment. The payment went off my wallet and I also sent proof of payment to them with confirmation that the transaction was confirmed on the Blockchain. Softwaremarket.online is claiming they did not receive such payment and are not asking me to pay again on another BTC address 1FYnXqHvBmo7CAJm3GuqZLK****qwEFFN5 for smooth delivery. My question is why is their BTC address on their store not the same as the BTC address they are now telling me to pay into again. I paid for the software into the wallet that was on their store and now I don't see why I should pay again.
