SNN Unpaid Creditors

Hi. I was contacted by the company last; with a promise that they will mediate on my behalf with my creditors and removal from debt review. Whenever I mail the contact person at the company; Steven Hoffman; i receive no response and I have not missed a payment to SNN. I have all my proof of payments and desperate to know exactly why nothing has been done. Today I received a message from one of the creditors threatening me with legal action.

Please help to get ahold of this company and expose their false promises as well as to retrieve all the money I have paid so far so I can pay my creditors myself.
