No Service delivery

I Have paid R10 000 into there account on 18 December 2018 for a service delivery and still haven't received the relevant documents from them regarding my matter!!! I asked for a full refund on my money but everytime I speak to them it is a different story!!!! If been struggling with them for the last month to get answers!! If send them mails and WhatsApps for a refund but no reply from them!!
