Very Bad Service!

I wish I could give it a 0 (or a negative number of stars), but the site only allows 1 star as its minimum... I would not suggest that anyone deals with this company... I ordered a sneaker I saw on TikTok and sent them the TikTok to show them what I wanted... I paid and what I received was not even what I ordered... I have been communicating with them for a month now and 95% of my messages goes unread and unanswered... They have no communication skills and for a company that is bad enough, but considering they are the ones at fault, it makes it unforgivable... They have definitely lost me and all my friends and family as future clients and I will be spreading the word about their bad service as far as I can...
