SneakerHead CPT is a ****
guys guys please stay away ****mers , i got ****med bought a pair of sneakers from the its now 4 days am being giving the run around , 1 the told me to pay which i did the confirmed payment received right , next day i ask when will my parcel be send the say today whole day go by nothing no commination from them, i ask again they say there drive still busy with delivery the he will go to pep (Paxi) the i ask it already half 5 what time does Pep stores close he say 21h00 said ok the next day nothing come through no SMS , ask them again remember this is now the 3rd day there reply is you will receive the SMS which he told me yesterday the evening, ok now when i asked again he said parcel was sent didn't i get the SMS i said no then he told me he will send me the SMS he got from pep and told me maybe there a mistake from pep ........................... its now 4 days no SMS from Pep he giving me the run around So please guys don't fall victim to this people SneakerHead CPT is a ****

Very Bad Service!
I wish I could give it a 0 (or a negative number of stars), but the site only allows 1 star as its minimum... I would not suggest that anyone deals with this company... I ordered a sneaker I saw on TikTok and sent them the TikTok to show them what I wanted... I paid and what I received was not even what I ordered... I have been communicating with them for a month now and 95% of my messages goes unread and unanswered... They have no communication skills and for a company that is bad enough, but considering they are the ones at fault, it makes it unforgivable... They have definitely lost me and all my friends and family as future clients and I will be spreading the word about their bad service as far as I can...

Very Bad Service!

Sneakerhead is a joke .
Good day I honestly highly recommend them but after my last encounter I doubt it Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on the 18th December he promised me he’d deliver the next day. Delivery guy dropped off one and said he’ll bring the other pair (airforce 1)the following day &now it looks like he blocked me cause I’m unable to get through to them . It’s really pathetic .

Sneakerhead2CPT is a ****!!! Don’t fall for them
I made payment to Sneakerhead after they agreed they had the sneakers and the right size, it’s been dayssss and i am still waiting for the tracking number that was promised. They don’t communicate anything and everyday the admin person says they’ll send you the tracking number. Nothing has been communicated and to be honest I highly doubt I will ever receive the sneakers.

I made payment to Sneakerhead after they agreed they had the sneakers and the right size, it’s been dayssss and i am still waiting for the tracking number that was promised. They don’t communicate anything and everyday the admin person says they’ll send you the tracking number. Nothing has been communicated and to be honest I highly doubt I will ever receive the sneakers.

The worst of the worst. I've asked them politely to give me an exchange because they gave me the wrong shoes but still nothing, they block you or don't respond after taking your money. The problem is they don't understand my daughter wanted a pair from them and she desperately wants those shoes for the 16th so now I have to make another plan. They are not legit beware guys stay away

Guys be warned this people are ****mers , they send influencers good quality / original goods . When you place an order they are very responsive before you pay ,then become very slow to after you make payment. I placed an order they sent me the wrong style , in the wrong size , and the quality was extremely poor. After complaining they agreed if i send it back on my cost (which is ridiculous as they sent the incorrect size and style) i obliged then they received it but now not responding to texts , dont answer the phone and have not refunded me. Their products are very bad quality and their entire business model relies on sending small influences real products and then send very terrible quality products to clients. Stay away.
