Working out of a warrenty

I bought a set of pots from Snappy Chef and one out of five has started to chip, I returned it to ask for it to be recoated or replaced plz to be told I have abused the pot. Yet non of the other pots used daily are chipped . So it is that pot that is inferior in quality. R8000.00 on a pot set that has a life time guarantee and a slogan that says dedicated to excellent service. We they are lying as their service sucks.
