Snappy chef,snappy *******
You buy a induction cooker from said co, the glass top broke you contact them and guess what they no longer stock spares for the cooker. What a Rio off and according to sa rules spares have to be available for 10 years . They are just here to make money out of you

Top shelf customer service
After over 12 years, our induction plate started to fail. I reached out to see if it could be fixed. In stepped Philip T, the rockstar. We were offered a new-for-old swap-out at a fair price. The units shipped, and it was an OOB failure. No problem; Philip offered to do a new swap as soon as stock landed. We swapped again. 1 month later, we are still very happy with our Snappy Chef induction plate. Happy to remain as a customer, and thank you, Philip, for sticking with us throughout.

Snappy Chef Pretoria - Amazing service!
We had such a great experience with Snappy Chef Pretoria! January 2026. They assisted us immediately with a Travel Induction stove that we bought 18 months ago in Western Cape. The stove had a fault, and when we asked for assistance, Snappy Chef sent a courier to collect the stove, repaired it, and within a few days, delivered it to us via courier! Thank you so much! It was easy to communicate via Whatsapp.
