Excellent after sales service from Snappy Chef

Bought a Snappy Chef Gas Hob from Hirsch. When we opened the box, the cast iron grate was not in box. The box was "sealed" by two Hirsch stickers. I contacted both Hirsch and Snappy Chef. Snappy Chef immediately responded and arranged for a grate to be couriered to us free of charge. Amazing service!!! Sadly Hirsch responded that they will look into it and since then nothing :=( Thank you Snappy Chef, excellent service and a customer for life.
